ProQuest eresources currently unavailable

Apologies but we have just been informed that ProQuest eresources - including RefWorks - are currently experiencing technical difficulties across their global network. We will inform you as soon as the problem has been resolved.

  • ProQuest platforms are currently experiencing connectivity issues.Starting around 4:00 PM Eastern (9pm BST) on Monday, July 17th, 2017 we began experiencing issues across a range of our products including our ProQuest Platform (PQP).We are working diligently to resolve the issue and we apologize for any inconvenience.

Services were restored at approx. 5pm 18th July 2017 - The problem affected all ProQuest users globally. ProQuest have apologised and published the details of the cause and an explanation about the scale of the outage.
